A fine 18ct yellow gold Patek Philippe perpetual calendar wristwatch Ref: 3940J from 2001.
The Ref: 3940 spanned four different case metals (yellow gold, rose gold, white gold, and platinum) with four different dial iterations. This wonderful example I have for sale is a yellow gold. Inside the case, which has developed a lovely patina, due to lack of wear, is the automatic caliber 240/114.
This Third Series example has its original leather strap with 18ct gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp, its spare solid case back, setting tool and Certificate of Origin showing its UK sale date of November 2001. This watch is direct from the original owner and has not been on the market before making it a great addition for the Patek Philippe collector.
